Building Communities - The Innova on Tranquille

Over the past couple of years, the rise in demand for quality housing on Kamloops’ North Shore has further propelled ARPA Investments (ARPA) to introduce mindful development projects to the community.

The team at ARPA views the North Shore as an area with great potential, having already completed a collection of development projects like The Station on Tranquille, The Colours on Spirit Square, The Stollery Suites, Yew Street Food Hall, and Thompson Landing on Royal, now under construction.

ARPA is excited to introduce its newest 60-unit mixed used development, The Innova on Tranquille. Located at the intersection of Clapperton and Tranquille roads, at the heart of North Shore, The Innova will feature two floors of commercial space and four floors of residential suites.

The Innova is carefully designed to maximize livability for residents, introducing sophisticated housing options to the neighbourhood by combining innovative design and quality construction. It will connect residents to an array of boutiques, eateries, and greenspaces, just steps away.

“We are excited and look forward to adding unique living options in Kamloops. Our team intends to help further activate the Tranquille Market corridor. With every new development, we are committed to collaborating with the community,” said Joshua Knaak, partner of ARPA.

Like other ARPA projects such as The Station on Tranquille and The Colour on Spirit Square, The Innova on Tranquille will provide commercial space to welcome new businesses and services to the area.

As with all its projects, ARPA aims to revitalize the neighbourhoods in which their developments are located. For the company, it’s not just about building quality spaces but also ensuring the betterment of the community.

“We believe this project will have tremendous appeal, attracting new residents and new businesses over the coming years to the area to enjoy all that the North Shore community has to offer,” noted Knaak.
